Remote set up for tablet.

I really didn't need the remote set up. I set it up myself easily. The last tablet I had I used my Google pixel and transported everything over. However, the memory just wasn't enough on the tablet and it was slowing it down so I was going to return it, but it wouldn't allow me to take the information off so it's sitting in my closet. However, I bought this tablet. It has more than enough space and I'm very happy with it.

Wal Mart Tech support, Great, with Ridgt Tech.

The first tech was personable, nice and he truly inspired me to keep the computer. I was ready to return it. I had to call back in after all my updates were installed. David was right, that fixed the issue. When I called back in I got William, this guy did not want to help, he was curt, flat, rushed. He did not want to talk with me. I had one final set up to be completely. That William guy, his attitude let me know he really didn't want to help me. I'll figure it out. I work for NTE, providing PS for PW, Log splitters, welders and more. I know when an individual don't really care about preforming a task. William was the very example of uninterested.

I'm having a lot of trouble setting it up. I have an Apple phone and the two are not easily compatible. But I want the tablet simply for checking the Internet and reading. I don't care if it hooks up to my phone. But it seems to want me to do that regardless. How do I get around it.
