heatset jack cuts in and out

headset jack did not work. Also I was charged a 49.00 fee for someone to set up the laptop for me. I want this refunded as well. Not only I didn't use someone to help me, I never asked for this service. I would like my 49.00 refund as well as the full amount of the laptop I'm returning.

A complete rip off. first of all, the people never showed, then when I asked for a refund, they told me it was supposed to be online a remote help.Well, I paid 38 bucks for nothing.And then it caught only took me 10 minutes to plug in for wires, so I wish I could get my money back.These guys are a complete farce.

A Charge for No Service

I paid $38 to receive assistance from a technician with my initial setup. This was because of the complexities in adding Nota Bene software (installed on a previous laptop). I was never contacted by a technician, nor did I receive any assistance. Consequently, a refund of this charge is in order.
