heatset jack cuts in and out

headset jack did not work. Also I was charged a 49.00 fee for someone to set up the laptop for me. I want this refunded as well. Not only I didn't use someone to help me, I never asked for this service. I would like my 49.00 refund as well as the full amount of the laptop I'm returning.

N I G H T M A R E !!!!!!! VERY LOW QUALITY !!!!!! i waited for 4 DAYS !!!! for a return call .. some of these techs are in foreign countries who do not connect with US tracfone .. when I finally heard back from them after several days and emailing them ... .... without any warning of any kind, they started transition of data from old computer to new computer this scared me to death, no communication, unanswered questions, CHOKED .... I emailed them several times THEREAFTER with"where on new computer is transmitted info from old computer ??? ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!" NADA ... B LA B LALB LA ... I am not used to bowling alley "etiquette" like this ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! .. I never did find info from Old computer on new one .... I RETURNED IT TO WM .... IF YOU BUY COMPUTER AT WM ..DON'T SIGN UP FOR THE SET UP SERVICE !!!!!!! they'll punk you @!@

Missing laptop and tefund

I never received the laptop. I needed it really badly. I was told I have to wait until July 1st. I ordered it on the 27th, and that was fine. On July 1st, it was still in Georgia, and I needed a laptop, so I had to buy another one. Amazon screwed me out of a laptop. Fraud. You are crawling and giving me my money back. The laptop has been sitting in a warehouse close to my home for the last four days. There is nothing I can do. I need a refund. You are stalling me? I am not purchasing from Amazon anymore, and now I am not purchasing from you anymore until my money is returned.
