tru network solutions dis not show up to the setup appointment and they didn't even call to say why. I called to see if the backup appointment was going to happen again they wouldn't confirm it. I cancelled the installation weeks ago and they refuse to refund my money. Walmart can't get the refund from them either. I will not use any installation services from them ever. Very unhappy customer

Horrible Service True Network Solutions

Horrible company to do business with. I had 2 different install dates. My install time frame.was from 8-12 normal right. Well 10:30 gets here no one called to verify that they would be there to install. I called True Network Solutions. They called the rep Krystal which stated she would be there in 30 minutes. Guess what no Tech at 12:00, when I called again. I called at 2:00 no answer from Tech I called again @4 no show no call from tech. This was a Thursday. Called the company I was rescheduled for Monday November 17,2025 Guess what I was on the schedule but no tech was assigned to me. So again 2 days of work miss and they dont care. I ask for a refund. guess what he said he'll call me back. Today Is November 18, 2025. I've been hung up on and now they want answer. I bought this service when I bought my secruity home camera from Walmart
