exactly what we needed

This futon was a perfect extra bed for your 10 year old grand son. Assembly was easy and the unit is very firm and sturdy. Twin sheets are too big but we made it work. There is a slight discoloration on the fabric but barely noticeable. It will work wonderfully for extra seating when we don't need it as a bed.
