Life Saving Machine.

I was so happy I got this Elliptical when I did it came fast. I live in a neighborhood not safe to get out and walk. Doctors getting onto me to get out and walk. Well I done use this machine for a few days there is a big difference in my legs. You can feel it work. I was able to stand on my tippy toes and I have not done that for years. My blood pressure has come done some. I feel great.

Love it! I'm 78 years old and sit in my recliner most of the time. I brought this one because it also goes backwards in the timed routine. There are 3 levels of routines. I use the 3rd one. (Yes, it would be nice to have a greater variety, but the price is right! ) it runs for 30 minutes at a time. Some time I just start it again to total an hour. (On level 3 that equals about 3 miles enough for my age and heart ) really I usually sneak in another 30 minutes later in the day. . Sit it in front of a straight chair for proper posture and watch tv or read . Important! Unplug after each use!!! (A little inconvenient but necessary for motor. ) Had mine for a month plus and really feel the difference. My legs feel stronger and my mood is lighter just by putting on feet on my pedals a couple times a day. I also bought the protection plan.
