Very sturdy. Will not slide on floor. Using for wife with dementia and parkinsonism to loosen up her stiff legs and motor is more than capable of handling that load. Also, no assembly ready to go right out of the box. An on/off switch would be nice.

Great workout!

While I love this machine and it is easy to use, there is one problem, it walks or slides as I am using it. It is a pain to have to constantly pull it back to me. So I bought a small rug mat that you use for keeping rugs in place. It works great now. So while I really do support the purchase of this workout machine, you still need to buy the rug mat so it stays in place while you are working out.

I would highly recommend the Prohiker under desk elliptical. I purchased the elliptical to exercise my legs when dealing with a herniated disc and left leg blood clot. Besides the leg exercise, I believe the elliptical helped with reducing the leg swelling due to the blood clot.
