The tower is not great when it comes to quality. the parts are crooked and i hv to hammer it in to line up the holes which destroy the coatings. it is sturdy when assembled and i can see that I will hv a hard time taking it apart.

I haven't contacted the seller, the weight is difficult for me to handle and I don't know if the seller would pay for the repair on returning it for repairs!

I've got a problem. When I ordered this I did so when he was in a Rehabation facility. He had fallen and broke his hip. I got him home in September but he was afraid of using the device. He used it once then refused to use it again. Now my husband has passed away and truthfully I have no use for this any longer. Would there be a way that I can return this? I'd appreciate your help and understanding. Thank you!

No problem with shipping, but do have a problem with description and design of machine! When description talks about LCD monitor display and makes it sound like such an asset, anyone would assume that the monitor could be seen while using the machine! I've only used it 1 time, but due to the monitor display being on the BACK END of the machine, it was impossible to see it from a sitting position! Therefore, the monitor is completely useless to me, and I regret buying this machine! A monitor should be FACING the user!!! Another negative issue is there's no Power button to turn off and on (only stop/start). It's very frustrating to have to unplug a cord after every use. This business needs to completely redesign this machine as it is very unsatisfactory as is!!!
