I was so happy I got this Elliptical when I did it came fast. I live in a neighborhood not safe to get out and walk. Doctors getting onto me to get out and walk. Well I done use this machine for a few days there is a big difference in my legs. You can feel it work. I was able to stand on my tippy toes and I have not done that for years.
