I was so happy I got this Elliptical when I did it came fast. I live in a neighborhood not safe to get out and walk. Doctors getting onto me to get out and walk. Well I done use this machine for a few days there is a big difference in my legs. You can feel it work. I was able to stand on my tippy toes and I have not done that for years. Elliptical for circulation in legs

As an older person the circulation in my legs isn't what it used to be. I got this elliptical to keep my legs active when I'm sitting. I love it. Put your feet on the pedals, set your speed and you're off. You do need more of a straight chair and not a recliner to use it. I use our computer chair which raises and lowers to the right height. I love too there's a place to store the remote right on the machine.
