I was so happy I got this Elliptical when I did it came fast. I live in a neighborhood not safe to get out and walk. Doctors getting onto me to get out and walk. Well I done use this machine for a few days there is a big difference in my legs. You can feel it work. I was able to stand on my tippy toes and I have not done that for years. My blood pressure has come done some. I feel great.

He uses this for 1/2 hr or so and it does help. He sets the resistance or you can just use it at your own pace. It's quiet. It's helpful. It's worth it.
