I like using this daily. However, it is pre-programmed for a 15 minute session. I would like 20 or 25 minute minimum and you can't change it. You have to restart, which isn't really a problem. Pretty easy instructions for speed %26 direction of pedals with remote control. It comes fully assembled, you just need to see how to set the session on manual or one of the pre-programmed settings (1 - 12). Looks nice and is light enough to pick up and move around, you do need to keep it plugged in on a fairly short cord. The machine does not move around while you are using it, unlike some of the others. I had my 90 year old mother use this on one of the lowest settings and she loves it. She uses setting 2 (manual setting) and I use P-8 (pre-programmed level). Remote comes with batteries. I have had both knees replaced and at level 8 my knees are fine.
