Great portable Eliptical Machine.

I am a senior and I just love this excercise elliptical machine. Easy to navigate modes, speed, calories, time etc. Arm bands are not difficult to use. No strain. I use it while I am eating my breakfast nit even noticing the time and getting my blood flow up to my heart. Plug it in and use the remote control. Not heavy to move around. There is a nice remote control holder on top of the machine. Thankyou Merach.
