Hello World, This machine is really nice and it works!!! If you have bad Knees, Ankles, inter Thighs, outer thighs, Calves, this machine is really Cool. Ive been sitting on my butt doing these 12 speed movements for 2 or 3 days now and I can feel it working on my body! Bad knees runs in my family and it really is a blessing I found a Non Stressful Exersizer. Even if you have trouble walking or can't walk but can move your Legs this is what you need. For different movements you need worked on your body just move closer or farther from the machine!!! It makes a big difference, Everything I'm saying ís 100% True. It's really a lazy Stress free Exercise Machine. There's a Warranty on it too. I haven't read the whole book yet, but I'm sure it would be a 1 year Warranty. Great machine. I have very bad arthritis in one knee where I can barely bend it. This machine has helped me tremendously. I use it at least 15 minutes a day and sometimes more often. I am able to bend my knee after using this device. I highly recommend it.
