Ive been sitting on my butt doing these 12 speed movements for 2 or 3 days now and I can feel it working on my body! It's really a lazy Stress free Exercise Machine. There's a Warranty on it too. I haven't read the whole book yet, but I'm sure it would be a 1 year Warranty. (Especially when using in reverse mode). It comes assembled with a few additional parts. The look is really nice I would say masculine, which is why we purchased this one vs the white one since it is primarily for my husband. The BEST PART is the price compared to two hundred dollars and up.
