We have been using since December and so far, we love it. It does what it is supposed to do, and my husband who has knee problems finds that it helps his knees feel a bit stronger. (Especially when using in reverse mode). It comes assembled with a few additional parts. The look is really nice I would say masculine, which is why we purchased this one vs the white one since it is primarily for my husband. The BEST PART is the price compared to two hundred dollars and up.

Keeps your legs moving.

I like using this daily. However, it is pre-programmed for a 15 minute session. I would like 20 or 25 minute minimum and you can't change it. You have to restart, which isn't really a problem. Pretty easy instructions for speed %26 direction of pedals with remote control. It comes fully assembled, you just need to see how to set the session on manual or one of the pre-programmed settings (1 - 12). Looks nice and is light enough to pick up and move around, you do need to keep it plugged in on a fairly short cord. The machine does not move around while you are using it, unlike some of the others. I had my 90 year old mother use this on one of the lowest settings and she loves it. She uses setting 2 (manual setting) and I use P-8 (pre-programmed level). Remote comes with batteries. I have had both knees replaced and at level 8 my knees are fine.
