It's really a lazy Stress free Exercise Machine. There's a Warranty on it too. I haven't read the whole book yet, but I'm sure it would be a 1 year Warranty. We have been using since December and so far, we love it. It does what it is supposed to do, and my husband who has knee problems finds that it helps his knees feel a bit stronger. (Especially when using in reverse mode). It comes assembled with a few additional parts. The look is really nice I would say masculine, which is why we purchased this one vs the white one since it is primarily for my husband. The BEST PART is the price compared to two hundred dollars and up.
