Yagud Under Desk Elliptical Machine, Electric Ellipse Leg Exerciser for Senior, 12 Adjustable Speeds Quiet and Portable Seated Pedal Exerciser for Training with Remote Control, Blue

The “workout” is not intense. The beauty of this equipment is that it keeps your legs moving 15 minutes at a time. I sit all day at a desk concentrating and forget to get up and walk around. I also have hip bursitis. This machine has helped with stiffness - not a cure but it keeps your blood flowing.

Bought this for my mother-in-law to help with her legs. She uses it for about fifteen minutes at a time and says it's a workout for her. But, she also says that she can feel the difference, thanks to it. Not only that, but it's just light enough that she can scoot it along the floor if needed. The controls are easy to understand as well, which is a plus.
