I havent had a fridge with an ice maker since 2003... It takes a couple of hours to make ice in trays, unless its summer, then it takes longer. This handy, compact, beauty, takes about 10 min. My new fridge will have nifty ice and water in the door, but I don't see myself parting with this ice maker - - EVER! Thanks for the quality product. I highly recommend it regardless of the tricks your fridge can perform!

It starts slow but then it picks up a liitle after a few minutes and starts producing cubes. It produces small or large bullet cubes. Easy to start using after reading instructions. A little noise but the noise lets you know what the machine is doing, if it needs water to be added or the little ice cube basket is full. if it needs water it will turn off and the red light will come on. Add more water press start when the little basket is full with ice, no more ice will drop. just empty your cubes. I just love it. I use a lot of ice and that becomes expensive buying 20 lb bags allthe time. I bag up my own cubes and put them in frrezer bags in my freezer and I have them when I need them. So far worth what I spent for it. 5 stars wh
