She works and she works incredibly well. I am so far past excited to have nugget ice that it's embarrassing. I am also super impressed with how quiet it is and how little counter space it takes up. My counters have a huge wasted area underneath the cabinets, and it's the perfect spot for it to sit, unobtrusively, and do it's thing. I have no complaints and hope it keeps the same energy for years to come. I didn't have high hopes because I'm just skeptical like that, but I'm happy to have been proven wrong. (free from the review program and all opinions are my own)
