My wife absolutely loves this bike. she really doesn't use it over level one.Because level one will carry you up a hill quite well when the knees are exhausted or bothering her . She will use it in torque level 1 for a little bit.And then go back to no electric whatsoever for a good workout. So far consistently she's gone about ten miles on one trip and still had nearly a full battery on return!. The battery life is impressive.The bike looks nice and it gets lots of compliments . I may get it in black and blue myself. She has it in white and blue. it goes up to level 5 torque or should I say pedal assist 5. that would be the correct term. 5 is probably really unnecessary unless you want to throw your head back and want to go faster than your little legs can handle! Lol or be somewhere in warp time! Although our teenager doesn't seem to mind 5! It is also very easy to turn on and turn off, and understand . there is keys for the battery as well which we keep safely on a keychain. Never been an issue. She's added a memory foam seat pad which is shown in the picture which anyone will be very happy with to buy for comfort . she is taking off the front cup holder because it is awkward and doesn't stay proper that was not a part of the bike that was added afterwards. Overall, the price of this bike and the quality is phenomenal.I say this bike can compete with any bike over $1200.
