Good Value

Have had several problems with odds and ends of things , but customer service has been great and responded quickly. Have enjoyed the bike so far and the battery seems to perform well so far. Really like the looks of this bike and hope that it holds up. I don't ride a lot , so I think it will be great for me.

Strong Motor Meets Real-World Hurdles

The ASKGO 1500W Peak 750W Electric Bicycle is a 26-inch mountain e-bike that comes equipped with a charger and a removable 48V 15Ah battery. It offers an accessible option for riders looking for an electric bicycle with basic essential components. On the positive side, the bike delivers impressive motor performance. Driven by its 1500W peak and 750W rated motor, it provides solid power for accelerating quickly and climbing steep hills with ease, making the motor capability a definite highlight. However, there are notable drawbacks, starting with a real-world battery mileage that falls quite short of expectations for longer commutes. The product also involved metric and performance inconsistencies, requiring careful monitoring of voltage readings and troubleshooting error codes, compounded by a difficult customer support experience that demanded persistence and dispute management to secure a fair resolution. In conclusion, while the motor provides decent power, the practical riding range and battery efficiency are disappointing. Buyers should be thoroughly prepared for hands-on maintenance, voltage tracking, and potential troubleshooting rather than expecting a seamless, trouble-free ownership experience.

Sent me a Bent tire 😒

They sent me a bent front tire and bent brakes for my hydrolic brakes. I had to bend it back to use the bike because Asko gave me a hard time just to send me a new tire. if you need to get to places close by its okay, Goes about 20-30mph max. Few things are a little loose and hard to tighten.
