the scooter stopped working after only 2 months. contacted misodo and had to wait forever for the new part and it was the wrong part. I got so frustrated I just wanted to return the part as quickly as possible and the lady at Walmart said she couldn't return the part without the scooter..... which was honestly what I wanted to do be for I ever ordered the part..... so I jumped through all their hoops - like going home to get the scooter and calling the 800 number to request the return and finally left the scooter and part there - in return for receipts that are basically IOU's to wait up to 10 days for my money. only to look in the Walmart app a day later and see that it says that I still have the scooter and the part - they're both in the possession of Walmart - not me. I want my money - not a run around. this is really all to bad, because I really like the scooter before it quit working. but just thinking about the money I've spent ubering to and from work for almost a month now - I'm far from a happy camper. just give me my money please.

Hey all you customers out there shopping at walmart.com I like to encourage you not to buy from this ASKGO Store that's on Walmart.com website The reason why is I bought a electric bike from them and they're Response time on getting back to you when you send them email is not very good and also they don't Answer your question when you send them one they Like to be around the bush until your warranty goes to Belly Up for instance I inquire a plastic chain guard for the mountain bike that I purchase for them and also ask them a question about the battery if it's cover or not they wait until A month goes by after reaching out about it to tell me the warranty is no more and now they expect me to buy it from them So this is why I cut you not to buy from this company because I feel that all you're going to get as much headaches for them and not good results

I purchased the E-bike for my son for Christmas. However the tire popped on him the 3rd time riding it. However I sent a message and Seller was quick to reply which was awesome. I’m still waiting on replacement tire. I will update when I receive product. I give 3 stars for now just for the quick response, will update once I actually received product.

The acceleration switch doesn’t seem to always work properly it randomly stops working. The ride is ok and it;s fairly speedy with a good battery life.
