Where do I start with the praise for this e bike? My e bike was professionally and expertly wrapped and protected for shipping. There was not a lot to assemble and not a lot of hardware. All the tools needed, including a tire pump with adapters are provided and work well. You will need a tire pressure gage. This e bike has many valuable safety features. A light on the front, a reflector on the back, and many more holes to attach more reflectors and lights. The multi colored digital control panel is easy to use and easy to read in day or night, and it has a speedometer. The brake and throttle are conveniently placed for control and easy access. This e bike has three gears that shift smoothly. There are a few different activity mode settings also. Stop with confidence. This e bike has smooth high performance brakes you can rely on. This e bike accelerates consistently and remains well balanced. It maintains speed and decelerates smoothly. It passed every performance test on pavement, dirt, gravel, grass, yard debris, tree roots, incline, downhill, unlevel yard, sink holes from removed trees, etc. The tires also performed exceptionally well under these same conditions. The pedals are wide and grip shoes well. Assembly took me less than an hour without help. The instructions are helpful. I reversed the order of assembly steps to make it easier for me to do alone. I flipped the e bike upside down and attached the front wheel first. I attached the kickstand next to support the e bike for the rest of the assembly. I flipped the e bike upright and attached the seat. I sat on the bike seat to attach the handlebars to the proper position. I attached the light and the pedals. Lastly, I checked to make sure all installed hardware was secure. My e bike arrived with an almost full charge, and fully charged quickly in about 30 minutes. I unplugged it after it was fully charged, and it was still at 100 percent battery life when I rode it today almost 24 hours after being unplugged. I included the picture of a portion of my yard to show the trail like conditions that this e bike handled perfectly. This e bike is effortless to ride. It has been more than 40 years since I rode a bike. I forgot it was so much fun. I am ecstatic about every aspect of this e bike, my 80 year old mom even wants one now. While this is a nice bike, and it was very easy to put together, it's pretty small. The picture of it makes it look bigger than it actually is. The photo that is shown with this bike makes it look like a full size bike, but this isn't a full size bike. This is more like the size of a bmx bike. It's still a really nice bike, just don't expect it to be a big bike. The instructions were very clear, making it easy to assemble. And there was enough charge on the bike to test it out after it was assembled. It has good speed and is pretty easy to ride around on. It only has a rear brake even though it has the parts for a front brake as well. I also like that the battery comes with a key so that the battery pack can be removed and be charged anywhere. This is a great bike to have when you just want to run down the street and back. I live in a beach town, and this makes getting around so much easier. And more fun, too!
