Im a 64 year old woman. I pushed this giant box into my apartment and assembled this bike myself. The instructions was clear to follow. The bike is nice looking. Will take off on you if you dont have it in 0. I live in Scranton Pa and we have hills and slopes so you have to keep your hands on the brakes or else you will go flying down the street. The bike is heavy with or without the battery installed. I like the fact that I can step through to get on. I highly recommend that you go to a trail or somewhere where there is no traffic and practice, practice riding this bike to get the feel of it. The seat is hard as a rock, you will feel every bump. Just loosen the suspension and change the seat post and you'll be fine. The display is clear to see and read. Its a very good ebike. Did I mention practice, practice and most importantly wear a helmet.
