Me and my wife got this bike to share, she's not really into biking like me and because of sports she has bad knees and only likes to ride up the road so I convinced her to wanting one and now I can't get her off. We went from riding once a week to sometimes ride in three times in one day. I wrote this bike over 20 miles with no motor and it felt like a normal bike. I wrote it 16 miles and 30° weather on high with pedal assist and when the ride was over I still have half battery left the top speed is 16 miles an hour, which is plenty. And it can definitely tow as you can tell from the picture I posted I had towed a 5 year old, 3 year, old, and a two-year-old towed them through grass and on concrete. It did perfect. I highly recommend this for a starter E bike easy to assemble wasn't missing anything.

It says that it goes 28 mph, but it feels much faster lol. It was easy to put together for my boyfriend in about 20 minutes. I will say the keys zip-tied to the handlebars go to the battery; just pull the bag back, and you'll see where you put the key to move the metal button to slide the battery in place. To turn on the headlight, hold down the light button for a few seconds, and the same to turn it off. This bike is easy to put together and simple to get moving. The first ride, I didn't know that I needed to use the little black display that the MPH is on, which is kind of the brain of the operation. Enjoy! You might want to wear a helmet, that bike is pretty quick on "take off" :)
