This bike arrived very quickly after ordering it. It was packaged really well and all parts were in perfect condition. The assembly took about an hour and went smoothly. I recommend watching the brief installation video first. You will find the QR code for it in the manual. I have had a chance to try the bike out and so far I am really happy with my purchase. I was willing to spend more on an eMTB but this one got great reviews and since it's my first I decided to give it a go. The pedal assist has 5 levels. I've only tried the first two so far but already I can tell what a world of difference there is in the amount of effort one needs to pedal. The throttle is fun and I love it for taking off right out of the gate. The horn, headlight, pedals, kickstand, tires, brakes, gearshifts, front forks and electronics all seem to be in working order. I do need to adjust the front brake slightly but this is done easily enough. The seat is as other reviewers have said, not comfortable for longer rides. I expect I will be changing it out when the weather gets nicer and my rides get longer. Also, the battery is larger and perhaps more cumbersome compared to some other e-bikes. But the $500 price point on this bike can't be beat, and I would recommend this bike for anyone looking to get started with an eMTB. If you are female and on the shorter side as I am, this bike is a nice fit and not super heavy, especially when the battery is removed.
