Complete Return & Refund Terms 2.1 30-Day Return Period RuleWe strictly comply with Walmart platform policy that all products enjoy a 30-day return window. The 30-day return calculation starts on the 7th calendar day after the product shipment date. All return requests must be submitted within this valid period. For return requests, please contact us via Walmart message or email service@dttzh.com. We will provide further instructions and a prepaid return label if applicable. 2.2 General Return Preconditions Complete original factory packaging and all supporting accessories must be fully retained for warehouse inspection and refund processing. Cash-on-delivery return shipments are not accepted. No pre-approved RMA number is required for return delivery. Trackable logistics with shipping insurance is strongly recommended for all return shipments. We assume no liability for lost or untraceable return packages. 2.3 Tiered Return & Refund Standard Unused and intact products returned within the first 14 days of the valid 30-day return period: Full refund with zero service fees, provided that all original packaging and accessories are intact and pass warehouse inspection. Qualified refunds will be processed within 5 business days after warehouse verification. Unused and intact products returned from the 15th to the 30th day of the valid return period: A restocking and processing fee of up to 20% of the item price may be deducted after warehouse verification if the product meets any of the following: original packaging missing/severely damaged, accessories incomplete, or visible signs of use that affect resale. Qualified refunds will be processed within 5 business days after verification. A restocking and processing fee of up to 20% of the item price may be deducted after warehouse verification if mileage exceeds 10 miles, or if the product shows visible use signs, incomplete accessories, or packaging issues that affect resale. 2.4 Return Shipping Liability DivisionReturn shipping liabilities are strictly divided according to return reasons, provided the return request is submitted within the valid 30-day return period: Returns caused by warranty-covered factory quality defects: We shall provide a prepaid return shipping label and bear all official return shipping fees in full. Returns due to buyer's personal subjective reasons (including but not limited to personal dislike, appearance dissatisfaction, incorrect self-assembly and operational errors): We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. No return shipping charges will be applied to the customer. DTTZH Limited Warranty Terms & Non-Warranty Judgment 3.1 Official Limited Warranty Terms 1-Year Limited Core Component Warranty: We provide a 12-month limited warranty exclusively for key main components, including motor, controller, and lithium battery. This 1-year coverage only repairs or replaces factory-originated defects of the above core parts, excluding all man-made damage and wearable parts. Wearable parts such as tires, foot pedals, kickstands, and small fittings are covered under a one-month limited warranty. Replacement beyond the one-month period requires paid purchase. Customers may contact our support team to obtain exclusive purchase discounts. We strongly recommend using original factory accessories to ensure vehicle safety and performance. Any vehicle failure, damage or safety hazard that is directly caused by an incompatible non-original accessory (especially third-party batteries or chargers) is not covered by this limited warranty. The mere use of non-original accessories does not by itself void warranty coverage for other, unrelated defects. 3.2 Non-Warranty Fault JudgmentThe following faults and damages are not eligible for free warranty repair or replacement, regardless of the 30-day return policy or 1-year core component warranty period: Malfunctions or damage caused by artificial damage, violent collision, falling, extrusion and structural deformation; Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, structural modification, circuit alteration, or by the use of incompatible non-original accessories; Damage caused by overloaded use, extreme temperature exposure, water immersion and improper daily maintenance; Natural wear and tear of wearable accessories, including screws, rubber parts, plastic parts and bearings; Faults and damage caused by force majeure factors including lightning strikes, floods, fires and traffic accidents. 4. Warranty Claim & Out-of-Warranty Purchase 4.1 Warranty Claim Process In the event of product failure, buyers shall provide clear fault photos, videos, order number and vehicle mileage data for fault verification; Our professional technical team will identify the fault cause and confirm whether the fault is within the warranty coverage; For faults eligible for free warranty service, we will provide free replacement accessories or professional remote maintenance guidance; For non-warranty faults, we will provide official paid accessory purchasing channels and exclusive customer discount policies. 4.2 Out-of-Warranty Accessories PurchaseAll out-of-warranty replacement accessories are priced officially and uniformly. Buyers in need of accessory purchases may contact customer service to apply for exclusive user discounts. We strongly recommend using original factory accessories to ensure vehicle safety and driving stability. 5. Shipment & Receipt Inspection Rules 5.1 Shipment Arrangement All e-bike main units are delivered via FedEx or UPS. Shipment and delivery services are generally unavailable on weekends and official U.S. legal holidays (due to warehouse operating schedules). If purchasing both an e-bike and rear rack accessory, the rear rack will be shipped in an independent package to prevent frame scratches and abrasions caused by combined packaging. After the rear rack is dispatched, the independent tracking number will be delivered via service@dttzh.com or Walmart internal message. 5.2 Shipping Damage Inspection & Liability RulesShipping damage incurred during transit is not covered by the standard limited warranty. Free parts replacement is only granted if all the following mandatory conditions are fully satisfied: Submit a formal damage report via service@dttzh.com within 15 calendar days after product receipt. Provide dated, clear and complete photos that fully display all damaged areas of the product. Record all visible scratches, dents and structural damage on the carrier's bill of lading prior to signing for the package.Immediate full inspection upon package receipt is strongly recommended. Buyers are advised to retain all relevant evidence (photos, bill of lading notes) for efficient processing. Any damage arising from buyer-self-arranged third-party logistics, freight forwarders and private transit is not eligible for free replacement. 6. Product Standard Usage Specifications Temperature Limitation: Do not store or ride the bike for a long time under temperature above 40°C (104°F) or below -10°C (14°F). Damage caused by extreme temperature is not covered by warranty. Load Limit: Please do not exceed the maximum load capacity specified in the product user manual. Any damage caused by overloading is excluded from warranty coverage. Battery Maintenance Rule: If the e-bike is left idle for more than 1 month, regular supplementary charging is required. Battery damage caused by long-term power loss will not be covered by warranty. 7. Order Management Rules 7.1 Order Modification & Cancellation All orders enter the processing queue within 2 hours after submission. No order information can be modified after the 2-hour window. Order cancellation is generally not accepted once shipment has been dispatched. Unauthorized refusal of delivery or cancellation of dispatched orders may result in actual logistics costs incurred. Liability & Legal Supplementary Terms This after-sales policy is formulated in accordance with Walmart platform rules and applicable laws. awesome little bikes, the red in the sunlight looks great, qaulity build, 20mph max, even peddling, only wish is there was a little more, resistance at 15 to 20 mph to peddle and go faster, either with gearing or sprocket adjustment would help, lighting is bright and works great, we bought to stow in the motorhome under belly compartments, fit as the should. i weight 220 and moves great.
