Went back to the website to start a return and website states not eligable for return after 30 days. I rode one short ride and discovered the bike is able to be adjusted for me.

I'll try again but so far assembly is impossible
this looks a little more clunky than most d bikes the way the battery is designed. The problem I have now is the front wheel axle nuts have been tightened to the point where with the tools I have I can't mount the front wheel because the nuts are too tight and you can't get two real wrenches on it.
