I'm a fan of these Gotham Steel pans

The handles are perfectly balanced. They don't get too overly hot to handle. The handles on the lids are easily touched when hot. The food is cooked quickly %26 through %26 through. The clean-up of these pots, pans %26 skillets is a breeze. This set is also not too overly heavy, yet theyre not thin, cheap feeling eithrr. I highly recommend this set. I'd like a few more pieces, separately too, like a larger sauce pan. In the photo the pans are on the bottom two shelves of the baker's rack, plus the baking pans that came with the set ard on the 2nd shelf from the top
