Gotham Steel 12Pc Pots and Pans Set Non Stick, Ceramic Cookware Set, Nonstick, Nontoxic, Oven & Dishwasher Safe, Stay Cool Handles Ceramic Cookware Set, No Forever Chemicals, Cream

I bought these pans because I have a nickel/metal allergy. I love these pans! I used the biggest pot with the metal strainer on top in making a stove pot roast. I had cut meat in water in the pot with small baby potatoes. I added spices. Then in the strainer I put baby carrots with frozen pearl onions. I sprinkled fresh rosemary and thyme on the meat and on the veggies on top. I cooked it medium-low heat on stove for 2.5 hours. Oh it was so good! Made a gravy with the water. I love this pan. I made frozen hamburgers in the square frying pan. Great pan in that nothing sticks. It's easy to move food around. The handle stayed cool enough to touch. I like the glass lids where you can see through them and a small steam escape hole to keep the lid from getting pressure under the lid. Great design. I like the color of the pans. It will match with any kitchen color. The fry pans are a good weigh balance so they don't tip over because of a pan being too cheap and thin. These are well made, just the right balance. It makes it enjoyable to cook. I have had stainless steel, glass Pyrex cooking pots, Club brand, cheap pans and expensive ones. These Gotham pots and pans are my favorite! Why didn't I buy these years ago? I have them now and I'm very pleased with them.
