Pretty darn good pans!!

These pans work great. I bought these as a gift but I've had the same set since Christmas 2023 that I received as a gift. I have not had any problem with food sticking. I've put the pans in the dishwasher and it does not seem to affect the nonstick properties. I do have 1 complaint. The lid handles are made of metal and they are connected directly to the glass lid which makes the metal handles get very hot. You have to use pot holders or a towel to remove the lids. I just use lids from other pans so I don't have to use a towel. It says you can use metal in the pans but I have not tried that because the nonstick pans work so good I don't want to mess that up!

I have always loved this set!! This is my second set!! We're always using the larger pan because it holds a lot of food like the main dish and then we can use the others for the other items for dinner or whatever meals that we have!! Great set of pans!!!

light weight, even heat distribution, easy cleaning. i have arthritis in my hands %26 could no longer handle the weight of my other pots %26 pans. my reason for buying the complete set was originally the weight factor. BUT the more I use these pots %26pans, I'm truly impressed by Gotham Steel .
