Pretty darn good pans!!

These pans work great. I bought these as a gift but I've had the same set since Christmas 2023 that I received as a gift. I have not had any problem with food sticking. I've put the pans in the dishwasher and it does not seem to affect the nonstick properties. I do have 1 complaint. The lid handles are made of metal and they are connected directly to the glass lid which makes the metal handles get very hot. You have to use pot holders or a towel to remove the lids. I just use lids from other pans so I don't have to use a towel. It says you can use metal in the pans but I have not tried that because the nonstick pans work so good I don't want to mess that up!

light weight, even heat distribution, easy cleaning. i have arthritis in my hands %26 could no longer handle the weight of my other pots %26 pans. my reason for buying the complete set was originally the weight factor. BUT the more I use these pots %26pans, I'm truly impressed by Gotham Steel .

These pots and pans were advertised stating that they don't scratch and BLAH BLAH BLAH... AS SOON AS I took the FIRST pan out of the box there was a VERY VISIBLE SCRATCH to the inside of these SCRATCH RESISTANT PANS/POTS. I HAVE NOW TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES TO UPLOAD THE PHOTOS THAT I TOOK BUT I KEEP GETTING A MESSAGE BOX STATING ("INVALID FILE TYPE. CHOOSE A FILE THAT'S A PNG,GIF,JPG, JPEG HEIC, OR TIFF.") THE FILES I'VE BEEN TRYING TO UPLOAD ARE EXACTLY HEIC FILES SO WHAT'S THE ISSUE!? I ALSO TRIED TO COPY AND PASTE HERE BUT, THAT HASN'T WORKED EITHER.
