I love these beautiful pans! They brighten my kitchen and are much lighter than any pans i have had. Despite their less mass, they conduct heat just as well. So they cook just as even and good, i keep the heat at or below medium as directed. My meat browns evenly but does not stick. I tried steaming a whole cauliflower— so easy, fast, and evenly cooked. Very sweet.. my non veggy eating son loved it too.

This set is absolutely gorgeous!! I received this set as a Christmas gift(2024). As gorgeous as this set is, imagine my disappointment when I saw a deep scratch inside my pan. After boasting about these pans and the fact you can use metal utensils (whisk) in them.
