Carote stand by their product 100%

I am very happy with my set. I had a slight problem when I shelve fell. I contacted Carote Customer service because of a gouge at the bottom of fry pan that it couldn't be used. I was very surprise in quick response by email. I had spend hours to find a separate fry pan but all wrong color. I got a email from carote saying they wouldn't sell me one but would replace the pan for free of charge. I would recommend Carote for standing by their products and their quick response to make me absolutely happy and good feel about my purchase of cookware set.

what can I say that everybody else hasn't said I'm extremely happy with their nesting with a detachable handles with the depth of the frying pans... suddenly my stove isn't getting splattered because the frying pans are higher. I love them and they truly are non-stick.... thank you so much!

I had my doubts, due to the price. However, this set is absolutely beautiful, very sturdy and well made, and has everything you need. It's new, so I can't tell you how long the nonstick coating will last, but it looks and feels like it will endure meal after meal. It's exactly as pictured, and has a nice solid weight to it. I'm very pleasantly surprised!
