This is an AMAZING pan set! It is lightweight, but extremely durable. The handles appear wood, but are rubberized. The lids have venting in several places, which eliminates boiling over. Cheese comes right off when done cooking, without cooking spray. These are the best pans we've owned.

Best pots ever.

I have bought several sets of the Carote family pot, even knives. I love them because they are healthy. I have given these sets to my family. This set is far better because I love the color tops and the color of the pots. I take them when I travel because I rent homes and most of the time their pots or not usable. They have gone up a little more. The are easy to clean but you can't use metal utensils in them because they will truly scratch. They are very sturdy. Weight is normal and food doesn't burn in them easily.

This is the second set I have purchased and I love them! Good quality material doesn’t stick easy to wash comes with silicon lid handle %26 rims and the pan handles are silicon covered. I would buy them again!
