The package was well packed with care. Everything in the box was labeled clearly to understand for assembly easily. I'm unsure if this was designed or made in Japan, but messages were written in Japanese. It was committed to quality service messages and customer service instruction. The tool came with the part is unlike any other, and I will be keeping this in my tool box. As for the chair, I feel very comfortable and low enough for 5.3 to rest on it. Both armrests lift up and hold until they pull down. I had to put some pads on the armrest as it does not have them. I used memory foam and wrapped it with a cute self-adhesive bandage, as I had no time or money to get customized padding. I am a full-time worker and full-time student, so I spend most of my days in the chair. Anti-blue light eyeglasses and this chair made my work efficient and fewer headaches!
