Received today with all the needed parts and hardware, with some extra/spare, and an illustrated instruction manual. The manual has the contact info (Phone and e-mail). There is a warranty page (only 3 months) for repair, if needed. The assembly is easy and quick, and the finished product looks and functions as intended. Measurements as listed are accurate (Seat width 18.5", back height 19" and full height 36-40"). It is fairly well made and comfortable for a budget midback chair ($35). Please don't compare this to a pricier leather executive high back chair. Of note, there are multiple listings with the same chair pictures, under different names and with different sellers and prices, whether at Walmart or other retailers. Don't be misled by the usual sales gimmicks; it is the same chair. Do your research for the best total price, whether free shipping or not, and totally ignore the name/brand of the chair. Overall, I am satisfied considering the value (Quality and price) of that chair. Recommend and would purchase again if it holds up for a while. Time will tell. Thank you.

Very comfortable, rolls easily, seat firm will not sag, good back support. The chair slides easily under my desk, but that depends on my short height and careful measuring before I selected it. Only two cons: I thought it came with padding on the arms. They are hard but well positioned and will be easy to wipe clean. I wish it came in medium brown. My cats have not yet discovered it! I may have to put something on the seat to keep them from scratching it.
