Easy to assemble and easy to use

I spend 9 to 10 hours a day at my desk 5 days a week. I try to remember to get up every few hours for a quick walk but with workloads and deadlines that is not always possible. I heard about these under desk elliptical machines and finally decided to give it a try. It was so easy to assembled as the pedals were the only thing requiring screws and they were easy to get to. It came with a screwdriver which was relatively nice compared to the ones that usually come with products. The remote does.take 2 AAA batteries that are not included. The power switch sits on the front side, which would be difficult to reach under a desk,.so the remote is needed. It cycles smoothly and has a very clear display. The two bungee straps allow.you.to do arm workouts as well. The nonslip mat is also included to protect the floors and keep it from sliding. The mute stickers that go on the track have made it so quiet that I don't hear it. If you sit a lot or have limited mobility, this machine can help as it takes no effort to use the elliptical feature. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Item was as described, packaged superbly, and arrived quickly. For reference, I wear a size 9W shoes and there is plenty of extra room on the pedals, which are also nonslip.
