GREAT potential! Adjusted; now it's PERFECT.

The good: POCKETS!!!, elbow sleeves, v-neck, hem hits above ankle, there is an attempted waistline at a flattering place above waist, fabric is airy and flowy. The adjustments I've made: sewed neckline higher for modesty, installed tighter elastic at the waist by using existing seam allowance as a casing, sewed sleeve ties (which wouldn't stay tied or slopped into the sink when I washed my hands) together at a comfy place, sewed the extra tie lengths to the top of neck for a decorative tie. Now this dress is PERFECT. Me: 5'2”; 185 lbs, busty.
