Bought this dress in preparation for upper body surgery, so I wouldn't need to undress fully at doctor's appointments. The long skirt length is great for my 5'2“ height. If I'm in a wheelchair, not too long where it gets in the wheels, but long enough to help me keep discrete. Dress is easily washed and dried normally. Yes, buttons are harder to work than snaps. But that is not a deal breaker for me. Additionally, there is an inverted button at the chest level to keep the fabric from opening up on us women. I recommend. Comes with loose belt.
