Under desk elliptical is awesome!

I cannot rave about this machine enough, it has so many different settings that can help with beginner and on up. It was super easy to set up and take it from me I don't know how to follow directions very well so it was very easy. I believe that this machine is really going to help me in the long run. One more bonus is the cord is super long so I can run under your recliner or somewhere like that if necessary.

Very useful %26 works well!

This thing is awesome! It comes with a remote that has a storage slot for it on the unit. It comes with the manual and an anti skid pad to put it on so it doesn't move around much. It has 12 different settings, also some preworkout settings but it can be used without the preset settings so you can control the speed yourself. It cannot be used while standing, this is for people who have that sit a lot or those that live a sedentary life for any reason... job or health. It works on it's own, you don't have to pedal it yourself and I wasn't sure if I'd like it or actually feel it working but you really do! It burns. in a good way lol. I'll definitely be using this a lot since I've had back issues %26 a back surgery so I've been a little sedentary and I feel like this will really help to strengthen my leg muscles back up. The pre-set settings are nice, gives you timed workouts and can tell you the distance as well as calories possibly burned. Of course those will be different for everyone. I'm really happy with it so far. For the pics and video, I put this on a little table just so I didn't have to bend over so much because of my back issues. Please only use this when it's flat on the floor. =) I tried to show the different speed settings, it goes from 1 to 12 and you can really see the difference in those speeds. Highly recommend.

wow, less than 10 minutes to set up

Wow, less than 10 minutes after opening the box I was using. Can feel my ankle loosening up. Comes tighten 12 screws and ready to go. If you want to start stop with the remote will be another minute to add the batteries. Had it on Manual to try it out, definitely something you can do anytime, very quiet. Also comes with a mat to put under it, will use it when using on the kitchen floor where it might slip.
