A good, stable ride for a slightly unstable rider.

I have developed a balance problem due to neuropathy. Can't ride a bicycle anymore. But on this new tricycle, I can get out and ride and get some exercise. It's rather funky and I enjoy it. It works well, went together easily and is quite satisfactory.

Ghosted

When I had to make a claim for damages from shipping, at first they were very responsive and willing to take care of the issue. After reimbursing me not with a direct payment to me for my expenses, but with a credit towards my account. They went silent on me. Not a happy customer
