Customer service please email me back?

The sprocket came bent, the headlight came broke, not even sure the battery functioning properly. I've emailed twice no response. The only thing I can say is the shipping was quick. But it would be nice if somebody would contact me and address these issues I'm having I can't get a hold of anybody
