I Don't Like to Exercise

The ball comes with an exercise video, a small hand pump and instructions on how to inflate based on your weight and height. There's a strip of material included to measure the circumference, but the strip doesn't have any markings. So, I ended up using a measuring tape. I tried using the small hand pump that came with the kit, but gave up after a few minutes and used the pump for the air bed. I don't like to exercise, so I use this mostly as a seat while I watch TV or to roll the tension out of my back and shoulders.

Excellent option for people 5'3" and shorter, and secure for the younger kids at home who want to claim your fitness ball for themselves. I love this exercise ball and use it daily for stretching and also as a seat when putting on my make up every morning. It gives great stability and keeps me feeling en energise in my daily use of it. It pumps up great and keeps the air so the ball is firm and performs perfectly. This size is great for my height since I am 411 so this was the perfect size fitness ball for me.
