Just Like the Exercise Balls in Yoga Studios!
I've only had this exercise ball for a few days now but I can already see the benefits of having one of these at home. This one is nice and heavy duty just like the exercise balls at gyms and yoga studios! I have no doubt that it will hold up to being used on the carpet or tile floors in my house. My 9 year old son had it one the back patio yesterday on the cement floor rolling on it and when I brought it back in the house I really couldn't tell that it had been used on the rough cement. The exercise ball came with a handheld air pump to inflate it and it really didn't take long at all to get the ball firm enough to start using it, so I think that you could deflate it to transport it in your car and then pump it back up fairly quickly to begin using it somewhere else. I'm 230 pounds and I am able to use it without the exercise ball loosing any air!

This is great for a desk chair!
I love the size of this ball! It is great for doing low impact work outs and for lounging. My 10 year old son has basically taken it over and likes to use it as his desk chair during his long virtual school days. He is able to bounce and sit comfortably. The ball itself is not flimsy. I filled it with air and it seems pretty sturdy and strong.

Quanfeng exercise yoga ball is more than just a smaller yoga ball. So far I have used this ball for just about all of my exercises even the ones involving weights. I haven't quite got my full trust I'm not rolling off of it with my heavier dumbbells. It's even great just to use to help my lower back pain .
