QUANFENG QF Exercise Ball Yoga Ball with Free Air Pump for Fitness, Balance and Gym Workouts, 200 Lbs. 55 cm, Blue

I've only had this exercise ball for a few days now but I can already see the benefits of having one of these at home. This one is nice and heavy duty just like the exercise balls at gyms and yoga studios! I have no doubt that it will hold up to being used on the carpet or tile floors in my house. My 9 year old son had it one the back patio yesterday on the cement floor rolling on it and when I brought it back in the house I really couldn't tell that it had been used on the rough cement. The exercise ball came with a handheld air pump to inflate it and it really didn't take long at all to get the ball firm enough to start using it, so I think that you could deflate it to transport it in your car and then pump it back up fairly quickly to begin using it somewhere else. I'm 230 pounds and I am able to use it without the exercise ball loosing any air!
