I've used Lodge Cast Iron Cookware for years and continue to be impressed by its performance. My Lodge Cast Iron 5-Quart Seasoned Double Dutch Oven, along with my other Lodge pieces, is incredibly versatile thanks to its dual-purpose design. I regularly use my cast iron cookie sheets, Dutch ovens, roasters, pans, grills, pots, and lids in multiple ways depending on what I'm cooking. What stands out most is how easy it is to achieve excellent results at home. The pre-seasoned surfaces improve with use, provide reliable nonstick performance, and makes cleanup simple. The craftsmanship is exceptional—heavy-duty, durable, and built to last for generations. I returned this item, so my comments are based on several other Lodge items I have purchased and its appearance. Reason for return was weight of item. Way too heavy for me to handle carefully and safely.
