I am in the process of making homemade sourdough bread and was lacking a suitable dutch oven. It had to be at least 5 quarts, able to be placed in an oven and be made out of cast iron. This one not only met, but exceeded my needs. The plus was it was enamel coated, not a seasoned cast iron pot. It is already to go. Just waiting for my starter to be ready and bake away.
