Only had the 3qt for a few weeks, but we've had the 6qt for about 5 years, it is used average 2 to 3 time's a week to cook vegetables, soups, stews, chili, roasts, it will sear meat like nobody's business, then is so easy to scrape the brown bits to make a beef roast stand up and be proud to be called Dinner. It caramelizes onions so perfectly you'll want to slap, well you know. After all the years of use and abuse we put it thru the enamel is just starting to spiderweb in the bottom.
