Lodge is one of the oldest domestic companies in the world. You should look up the company; their history is one-of-a-kind. Outsourcing happens with their enameled products(e.g.: my dutch oven in enameled oyster color), but for the price and from a company who cares about their customers and the quality of their products, I'll take the “risk”. BTW: there is a lifetime guarantee on all of their products.
