The product is great. The shipping leaves a lot to be desired. Open packaging, wording describing what the item is, and not in an outer box. This was to be a Christmas gift... it isn't a surprise because of the shipping!

First ignore any negative reviews....I usually don't write reviews, but this oven is all I thought it be ...it's sturdy and just the right size, ..it arrived quickly and beautifully packed...no chips or cracks...price was affordable...in 5 days I have used it alot, from soup, to bread, ribs and a roast dinner, cleans easily....I love it...looks pretty in my kitchen....thanks Lodge and thanks Walmart, ordering online was very easy and quick...
