This is a great dutch oven!
After purchasing I found that this item should not be used over any heat beyond medium, which also effects the oven temperature. Some cast iron pots do not have this restriction. However, cast iron holds heat so beautifully that so far it has not been a problem. The pot is very heavy. I love the huge size! Just what I wanted.

The color of this Dutch oven is absolutely gorgeous, even prettier in person. I've already used it a few times, and it cooks evenly and holds heat so well.
