I absolutely love my new cast iron dutch oven! It is heavy but that should be expected because of the size! 7.5 qt is very big, it pretty much takes a whole rack in the oven. I pop popcorn all the time. sometimes it burns in my regular pot. In this cast iron, the popcorn popped perfectly, no burnt popcorn! I made a whole chicken roast, the meat just fell off the bone! I love love my new cast iron dutch oven!
