Hanging a crystal sun catcher is simple and can add a beautiful touch to any space. Choose a spot where sunlight streams in, like a window or balcony. Use the attached loop, chain, or string to hang it from a hook, curtain rod, or suction cup.

• Make sure the area is secure and can support the weight.
• Adjust the height so the crystals catch direct sunlight for the best rainbow effect.
• For outdoor use, ensure it's sheltered from strong winds to prevent damage.

Placement can make a big difference in how much light your sun catcher reflects.

To keep your crystal suncatchers sparkling, gently wipe them with a soft, lint-free cloth. For more thorough cleaning, use a mild soap and lukewarm water.

• Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these can scratch the surface.
• Dry the crystals completely before rehanging to prevent water spots.
• If your suncatcher has metal parts, make sure they’re dry to avoid tarnishing.

Regular cleaning helps maintain their shine and ensures they keep reflecting beautiful light patterns.

Many crystal sun catchers can be used outdoors, but it’s important to check the product details for weather resistance.

• Look for suncatchers with sturdy chains or hooks for outdoor hanging.
• Place them in areas protected from heavy rain or strong winds to help prevent damage.
• Some materials may fade or tarnish if exposed to the elements for long periods.

Bringing them inside during extreme weather can help extend their life and keep them looking their best.

Crystal sun catchers create the most vibrant rainbows when placed in direct sunlight.

• They work by refracting sunlight, so the effect is strongest on bright, sunny days.
• In low light or cloudy conditions, you may see less color or just a gentle sparkle.
• Positioning your suncatcher where it gets the most sun will maximize the rainbow effect.

The size and cut of the crystals can also influence how much light is refracted and how many rainbows appear.
