I got to say im really liking this PooBoo Foot Pedal Bike. Easy to assemble took about 25mins thats with ready all the instructions. You do have to wait 12hrs before using after assembly due to adhesive aply to peddles for it to dry completely, its to help peddles for losing. Atfer that i was ready to go do my ride, work out. I use it 2x a day for 1hr sometimes longer. feels like your really riding bike even better using the arm you can break out in a sweat depending how long and where you have it adjusted to. ive notice i feel better i even sleep better. ive lost about 6lbs in short time its been almost 3weeks.

Works great right out of the box. However, I got this for my knees and hip joints which all need replaced. Some of them for the second time. I was hoping to use it to get some exercise without being on my joints. But the next day my joints really hurt. So I would just suggest that you take it slow.
