Great bike. For young or old

The Trike was great n but I noticed that the box was beat up.had a hole where the rear axel poked through the box . I noted this when it was removed from the truck. I unpack pretty easy to assemble. Rode it the next day after battery charged it was wobbly.but when the knocking would not stop .I removed everything but the seat. And it still knocked. My problem was that it was dropped. That is the only way the axel could have bent. Everything else was great about the bike.
