If you're debating which hand mixer to zero in on, you're done. Buy this one! I LOVE to bake and this hand mixer performs great with anything you need it for! Handles thick doughs and batters like they're pudding. Has a slightly more powerful motor than the mixers that are 10 dollars cheper and it's worth that 10 dollars! I also love the thumb controlled turbo button, especially when you're finished mixing and want to spin the beaters to fling the excess batter off of them and into the bowl! lol It's lightweight and user friendly. My 14 year old granddaughter loves baking gourmet cookies. She had literally worn out 3 bowl mixers. I love Drew Barrymore's line of household items %26 find they are well-made and look great in the kitchen. I ordered the cornflower blue %26 gave it as a Christmas gift. She LOVES the hand mixer, had never used one before. It was on sale so of course that was a bonus!
